This study introduces a novel, clinically proven combination of Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) and intra-articular/intra-osseous regenerative cell therapy (MSC, APS), demonstrating significant improvements in pain and function, particularly in advanced SBP tear cases without articular collapse.
The approach highlights N Clinic’s unique integration of imaging-based phenotyping and multimodal biologic intervention, setting a new paradigm in conservative management of severe osteoarthritis.
