Our Clinical Research on Knee Regenerative Therapy Has Been Published
On October 31, 2025, our clinical study on advanced treatment for knee osteoarthritis — combining extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) with regenerative medicine — was officially published in the international journal Applied Sciences.
This study investigated patients with bone marrow lesions (BMLs) and subchondral bone damage on MRI, and evaluated treatment strategies including:
• ESWT alone
• ESWT + Autologous Protein Solution (APS)
• ESWT + Mesenchymal Stem Cells (intra-articular and intra-osseous injection)
The results highlight the importance of selecting treatments based on structural bone pathology and suggest that intra-osseous MSC therapy (MSC-B) may be beneficial even in advanced cases with subchondral bone failure.
We remain committed to advancing science-based knee treatments and contributing to the field of orthobiologics through ongoing clinical research.
